WUBRG FEST is not a regular MTG event. It is a full all-inclusive weekend stay inside Schloss Boitzenburg — with games, events, food, artists, music, accommodation, and the castle experience all built into one weekend.
You arrive at the castle, bring your decks, settle into your room, and from there the weekend is built around playing, exploring, connecting, and enjoying the festival without needing to leave the castle grounds.
Whether you want to spend most of your time at open Commander tables, join Draft and Sealed events, meet artists, explore the festival rooms, or simply move through the weekend at your own pace, you’ll be able to shape the experience in the way that fits you best.

Final prices, room availability, cancellation rules, and full booking terms will be published before ticket sales open.
1. Choose your Festival Pass
Select the pass type that fits how you want to experience the weekend: Regular or VIP / Supporter.
2. Choose your Stay Option
Select your preferred room category, depending on availability. WUBRG FEST is designed as a full castle weekend, so accommodation and the all-inclusive stay are part of the booking structure.
3. Review what is included
Before booking, you will see what is included in your pass and stay option, including food, drinks, accommodation, festival access, and included gameplay benefits.
4. Add optional extras
Some Draft, Sealed, special Limited events, merchandise, artist items, or selected activities may be offered separately.
After you choose your Festival Pass, you’ll select the room category that fits your group and your preferred way to stay at the castle. Each room category comes with the full all-inclusive stay included — the difference is the type of room you stay in. Before booking, you will see the full price, what is included, available room categories, optional extras, and the final booking terms.

Every WUBRG FEST pass gives you access to the full festival weekend inside Schloss Boitzenburg. That means entrance to the festival areas, open Commander tables, the Artist Zone, side activities, the general weekend program, and the castle experience.

Accommodation is not chosen by pass type. Your room category will be selected separately during the booking process, depending on availability.
The VIP Pass does not include priority room selection.

Castle Group Rooms
€240 per person / full weekend all-inclusive stay
For friends, playgroups, and guests booking together. The Castle Group Rooms include bunk beds and, in some rooms, upper sleeping levels — giving them a fun castle-adventure feeling that fits naturally with WUBRG FEST.
This stay category includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and included drinks throughout the festival weekend. Festival access is booked through your Festival Pass.

Castle Comfort Rooms
€285 per person / full weekend all-inclusive stay
For small groups, couples with friends, or guests who want a more comfortable group setup. The Castle Comfort Rooms include a double bed and additional sleeping space on an upper level, creating a cozy castle-room feeling with a bit more structure.
This stay category includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and included drinks throughout the festival weekend. Festival access is booked through your Festival Pass.
Castle Hotel Rooms
€325 per person / full weekend all-inclusive stay
For guests who prefer a classic, quieter, and more private stay. The Castle Hotel Rooms offer a traditional castle-hotel feeling while still keeping you close to the main festival areas and halls.
This stay category includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and included drinks throughout the festival weekend. Festival access is booked through your Festival Pass.
Booking Note
Room prices are per person for the full festival weekend and include the all-inclusive stay package: accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and included drinks.
Your room category will be selected together with your Festival Pass during the booking process. The room category covers your stay, while the Festival Pass covers your access to the festival program and areas.
If you are coming with friends or a playgroup, you will be able to tell us who you want to stay with during the booking process. Groups booking together will be placed together in the same room category, depending on group size, room category, and availability.
Castle Group Rooms and Castle Comfort Rooms are designed for guests booking together, not as random hostel-style shared rooms.
If you have a special room request, accessibility need, or a specific situation we should know about, please contact us or leave a note during the booking process so we can help you find the best room option.

What the All-Inclusive Stay Includes
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in the castle food hall, so you can enjoy the full weekend without needing to leave the festival for meals.
Snack Area Throughout the Weekend
A dedicated snack area will be available near the main festival spaces, so you can come by, take something small, recharge, and return to the tables whenever you need.
The planned snack selection includes options such as fruit, cakes, salty snacks, chips, peanuts, and other small bites during the weekend.
Unlimited Drinks During the Festival
Drinks are included in your all-inclusive stay and will be available throughout the festival near the main event areas. You can come by and take drinks as often as you need during the weekend, without paying separately each time.
The planned drink selection includes soft drinks, coffee, tea, water, and juices.
Castle Bar
A separate bar with alcoholic drinks is planned to be open from the afternoon into the night. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the all-inclusive stay and can be purchased separately at the bar.
Designed for the Flow of the Weekend
The food, snacks, and included drinks are planned so you can stay inside the rhythm of the festival — from morning games to late-night play — without needing to leave the castle.
