WUBRG FEST is built around the idea of bringing people together through a shared love of Magic. We’re not just creating an event—we’re building an experience.
And that only works with the right people involved. If you’d like to contribute, collaborate, or be part of the event behind the scenes, we’d like to hear from you.
We welcome artists who want to showcase their work during the event. WUBRG FEST is open to both established artists and smaller independent creators whose work connects with fantasy, card games, Magic: The Gathering, or the wider world of tabletop culture.
This can include:
original artwork , prints, and illustrations
custom designs
fantasy or card-game-inspired art
clothing
WUBRG FEST is a space where players and creators meet.
If your work connects with this world, it will fit here.
Fill out the application form to apply for a stand in the Artist Area, present your work, meet players and other artists, and sell your creations during the festival.

Volunteers
Volunteers help make the event run smoothly.
Typical tasks may include:
setup and breakdown
guiding players and answering questions
helping with logistics during the event
It’s a good way to be involved, meet people, and experience the event from the inside.
