Safety — WUBRG FEST

Our Approach

WUBRG FEST is designed to be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone attending. The goal is to create a space where people can focus on the experience, the games, and the community without concern.

Safety is a shared responsibility between the event team, the venue, and all participants.

On-Site Support

During the event, members of the WUBRG FEST team will be available to assist with any concerns. If you need help at any time, you can approach event staff directly or reach out at designated help points, which will be announced closer to the event.

General Safety Guidelines

We ask all participants to be aware of their surroundings and the people around them, to follow staff instructions when needed, and to respect shared spaces and facilities. Please use equipment and event areas responsibly at all times.

Venue & Environment

The event will take place in a historic castle setting. As with many unique locations, this may include uneven surfaces, stairs, and older structures, as well as shared indoor and outdoor spaces. Please move carefully and take appropriate precautions while exploring the venue.

More specific details will be shared as the event approaches.

Health & Wellbeing

Please take care of your personal wellbeing during the weekend. Stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and allow yourself time to rest. If you feel unwell, step away from activities and inform staff if you require assistance.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency, contact event staff immediately and follow the instructions given by staff and venue personnel. Emergency procedures and contact points will be clearly communicated before and during the event.

Respect & Safety

A respectful environment contributes directly to safety. All participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct at all times.

Updates

This page will be updated with more detailed safety and venue-specific information as the event approaches.
